For speed and security, Pressable offers its customers the latest and greatest [PHP versions](https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php). You can choose which version of PHP to enable from within the site’s [my.pressable-staging.mystagingwebsite.com](https://my.pressable-staging.mystagingwebsite.com/sites) dashboard (select a specific site to update the PHP version).

## Change Individual Site PHP Version

Simply select the desired version from the **PHP Version** dropdown and the site will be updated immediately:

Please Note: if you are updating the PHP version on a production website, we recommend that you clone your website and test your PHP update on the clone first to ensure no errors are seen. Follow our guide on [how to clone your website to staging](https://pressable-staging.mystagingwebsite.com/knowledgebase/how-to-clone-website-to-staging/). Please reach out to our support team if you need assistance.
